Digital Transformation | Denny’s
Covid-19 has accelerated a category transformation unlike anything this industry has seen since prohibition. While competitors have adopted to a virtual commerce-driven world, Denny’s is at risk of falling too far behind to compete. While Denny’s site traffic remained flat this spring, many competitors saw major traffic bumps. It’s likely that these brands aren’t more digitally adept, they’re just better capitalizing on the COVID bump via content, social advertising. Even though people loved their past experience at Denny’s, the frustrating mobile app order experience disappointed them and have them turned their back. Therefore, Barbarian transformed Denny’s digital ecosystem by providing seamless digital experience with personal and engaging services such as Personalized Ordering, Smart Cross-sells, and Location Based Timing.
